St Patrick's College Strathfield provides the St Patrick's College Uniform Shop (SPC Uniform Shop) as a service to enrolled students and their families/carers to facilitate the purchase of approved College uniform items.
While every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, pricing and stock availability are accurate, the College does not warrant that all information displayed on the website is error-free, complete or current. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed online.
Stock availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the College reserves the right to cancel, amend or delay the order and will contact the purchaser to arrange an appropriate solution.
Garment size charts are provided as a general reference only. Parents and students are encouraged to attend a fitting session or visit the SPC Uniform Shop to ensure the correct size is selected. The College is not responsible for sizing errors resulting from online selections.
The College reserves the right to amend prices, product specifications, uniform requirements and these terms at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the College shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising from the use of the SPC Uniform Shop online store, website downtime, technical issues, stock shortages or errors beyond the College’s reasonable control.
