1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the St. Patrick’s College Strathfield Uniform Shop ("SPC Uniform Shop") which encompasses both the SPC Uniform Shop online store and the physical store where applicable. Whether attending in-store or placing an order through the SPC Uniform Shop online store, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
SPC Uniform Shop is operated by St Patrick’s College Strathfield for the purpose of supplying approved College uniform items to enrolled students and their families/carers.
2. Uniform Requirements
The College's Uniform Policy in the College diary under College Expectations outlines the approved uniform requirements for students. Parents and students are responsible for ensuring that purchased items comply with the current Uniform Policy.
The College reserves the right to amend uniform requirements from time to time.
3. Attending the Uniform Shop
- Students are welcome to attend the SPC Uniform Shop during recess or lunch without an appointment.
- Parents/carers are welcome to attend the SPC Uniform Shop during regular trading hours. If attending during recess or lunchtime, the students will be given priority.
- No appointment is necessary during regular trading hours.
- Fittings are not permitted after sport training for hygiene reasons.
4. Uniform Fittings and Sizing Information
- Fittings are recommended when purchasing blazers, trousers, grey shorts and swimwear.
- Garment size charts are provided for all uniform items on the SPC Uniform Shop online store as a general indication only. The SPC Uniform Shop accepts no responsibility for incorrect sizing selections made online however exchanges may be made in-store if the incorrect size is chosen.
Swimwear
- Before purchasing, underwear must be worn when trying swimwear on for hygiene reasons.
- There will be no refund or exchange on this item.
Uniform Fittings - Appointments Only
Year 5
All new Year 5 students will be fitted by appointment at the SPC Uniform shop from Orientation Day in October/November each year. Parents will be advised via email when online booking appointment times are available.
Year 7
Students commencing Year 7 will be fitted at the SPC Uniform Shop for their grey trousers at the end of Term 4. Parents will be advised via email when fittings will commence.
Year 11
Students commencing Year 11 will be fitted at the SPC Uniform Shop for their senior black blazer in Term 1. Parents will be advised via email of the date and payment details.
New Students
For all other new students commencing the College, uniform fittings will take place by appointment only.
5. Ordering and Payment
Online
- An account will need to be created prior to purchasing uniform items. Accounts may take up to 2 business days to be approved.
- An account can only be created by families of enrolled students.

- Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
- Accepted payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
- The SPC Uniform Shop is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing providers.
In-store
- We accept cash or cards in-store.
- Paper order forms are no longer available.
- No orders or credit card details will be taken over the phone or via email.
6. Online Order Pickups
- All orders placed online are for pick up in-store only.
- Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pick up from the SPC Uniform Shop during trading hours.
7. Exchanges and Returns
The SPC Uniform Shop understands that sizing issues may arise and offers exchanges subject to the following conditions:
- Uniform items must be in original condition with the tag attached.
- Swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds and exchanges must be made in-store.
- Refunds can only be made to the credit card on which the items were first purchased.
8. Pricing and Availability
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- While every effort is made to maintain adequate stock levels, certain items may occasionally be unavailable.
9. Faulty Goods
- If an item is found to be faulty, customers should contact the SPC Uniform Shop as soon as possible.
- Where an item is determined to be faulty, remedies are available under Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the SPC Uniform Shop online store will be handled in accordance with the College's Privacy Policy.
Information may be collected for purposes including:
- Processing orders;
- Managing payments;
- Communicating with customers regarding orders; and
- Maintaining customer records.
Personal information will not be disclosed except where required by law or as necessary to provide services associated with SPC Uniform Shop.
11. Website Availability
The College makes reasonable efforts to ensure the SPC Uniform Shop online store is available and functioning correctly.
However, the College does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any loss resulting from website downtime, technical issues, or system maintenance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the College is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss;
- Delays in delivery beyond the College's reasonable control;
- Errors arising from information supplied by customers during the ordering process.
13. Amendments
The College reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on the Online Uniform Shop website and will apply to all future purchases.
